Welcome to intentlii. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the intentlii mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by intentlii ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Your Account
To use the Service, you must create an account using your phone number or email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Promptly update your information if it changes.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Not create multiple accounts or accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
Post, share, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with a person or entity.
Use the Service to send unsolicited messages, spam, or advertisements.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems.
Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from the Service.
Harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, or threaten other users.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create and share through the Service ("User Content"), including intents, events, messages, photos, and profile information. By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to the User Content you post and that your User Content does not violate any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
5. Content Moderation and Reporting
We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community. We provide tools for you to:
Block users who are behaving inappropriately. Blocked users cannot see your profile, intents, or send you messages.
Report users and content that violates these Terms. Reports are reviewed and appropriate action is taken, which may include content removal and account suspension.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, monitor, or remove User Content at our sole discretion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, are harmful to the community.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by intentlii and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party services.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete Account. When you delete your account, all your personal data is permanently and immediately deleted (see our Privacy Policy for details).
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INTENTLII, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless intentlii and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of California.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
